Hi All,
I bought my new Macbook Air M1 last week

I checked the aluminium body (space gray) on store and looked fine, but at home I realized scratch on border over screen body.
after contact the seller, he said can't return that because it's cosmetic issue and I didn't find that at store check...

then, I ran the Smartmontools to check the SSD:

Code:

seems fine:
* power on hours: 5
* battery cycles: 3
* Data Units Written and Read

but I have this weird high Power Cycles count (169)

I dont care too much for that scratches, the problem is if MBA is refurbished or repacked

anyone noticied that ? I mean, the high cycles and MBA with scratches right out the box?
