Macbook Air M1 Temperature Issue

Hello, i have an issue regarding my macbook air m1

I am a digital marketer and often open browser tabs on chrome a lot, mostly working on facebook ads, moving tabs and active groups, does it have a big effect on temperature? because my macbook air m1 gets hot above 50 C (122 F) if normal use is an average of 34 C - 43 C (93 F - 108 F). Please provide information and experience. because i got worried if my mac has problem. Thanks

You're using your computer and it warms up. It's perfectly fine! If it sits over 90 all the time, then you might do better with a more powerful laptop.

I'm using Firefox with just two tabs open, typing this, and my Intel MBA sits around 55° (it's 27°C in my room right now). You're fine.

Yes, your temps are fine.
Not hot, just warm, completely normal
You should be concerned if your temps go over 90.
(If you had an intel CPU (that the M1 replaced), then seeing temps spike past 90°C. is common, almost expected.
But, you have an M1, you will not likely EVER see temps beyond 70 - 75 C. (if you ever see anything that high)
So, your warm temps are fine, nothing to be concerned about.

You'll be fine as long as the CPU doesn't sustain 80*C+ temperatures. Also, bear in mind the MBA is passively cooled, in other words, no fan.

If you push the Air M1 to full load for hours it will easily stay at more than 90C. I've seen 99C on mine. I've actually done a Prime95 full load test on all the cores and the CPU has been over 95C for hours. Nothing happened, as soon as I stopped the test it cooled down immediately. During regular use it is in between 35-45C. Conclusion > don't stress about the temps.

Note that when people are saying 90 they mean 90 °C not 90 °F. There is no problem with 90 °F.
