After upgrading to Sequoia my MacBook Air M3 can't connect to WIFI
I cancel association, fixed WIFI address and disable limit IP tracking but won't connect

I also try to reboot but still doesn't work

WIFI SSID is hidden but it wasn't an issue before upgrading

Sorry to hear that. I usually update to the latest OS but people on Reddit have also reported being unable to connect to WI-FI after updating to Sequoia so I decided to wait and see if the issue is widespread or a fox for the issue.

I did try to set off all private staff but when I close and reopen my MacBook I need at least to disable and reenable WIFI

I would try going to Settings/WiFi, go to the bottom of the window and click Advanced. Down bottom on your Known Networks, select your network, delete it, click done and add your network again.
