I’m trying to replace the broken screen on my macbook air m3 (model: a3113). Everything has gone well, but now I can’t remove the 3 black screws on each hinge to remove the broken screen piece. This is weird since it seems like all 6 screws are stripped and can’t be removed. Each screw basically has nowhere for any size screwdriver to grip onto. The new screen assembly I got doesn’t come with screws so I want to possibly take these out without further damaging them and then I can screw them into the new screen assembly by hand. But if this isn’t possible, then I still need a way to remove them and then I can purchase new screws from somewhere online. I’ve attached a few pictures.

Those are well & truly boogered.

Use a small easy-out & then either get replacements from ifixit or some other source.

Grind a slot in the screws using a Dremel tool, then use a slotted screwdriver to remove the screws.
