Hi everyone,
I’m using a MacBook Air M3 (14-inch, Silver), and I’ve recently started using the Anker 9-in-1 USB-C Hub (552 USB-C Hub) for connecting my monitor (via HDMI), mouse, and keyboard. However, I’ve noticed that whenever I connect the USB-C hub, the Touch ID sensor on my MacBook stops working. It doesn’t recognize my fingerprint, and I have to type in my password instead.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Touch ID while using a USB-C hub? If so, is there a workaround or a solution to this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
