Macbook Air microphone picking up output sound

So i have MacBook Air 2017 and it really pisses me off. When i talk to messenger, facetime, skype or whatever and i decide to watch youtube video, twitch listen to music play something that outputs sound the people who i am talking to they can perfectly crearly hear what amd i doing and even sometimes they can hear them selfs how do i solve this problem or should i sell this and buy new one. I am on the latest software. EDIT(This happends even if i am on headphones and without them its the same)
