Install Big Sur with patch
Mouse moves slowly, deep lags.
I reset NVRAM and SMC and reinstall Catalina... Mouse moves slowly, deep lags. From internet recovery install Lion.. Mouse moves slowly...CPU load over 100%
In all osX install mouse lags and performance low. Fan usage and CPU 100%
But Installation Linux ubuntu Work fine!
Help!

Thinking that you should dig for that "patch"

ROM/firmware could be affected

Also, keep eye on battery health –> About This Mac –> System report/information –> Power –> Condition

If your battery is bad, you'll need a battery replacement (or use Windows/Linux)

In macOS, there's something that checking battery level, and when it's bad – it decreases the performance (worse battery = worse performance)

Something is slowing him down. I changed the battery and reset the nvram. No effect
Build opencore check on developers setting - disable throtling and disable XCPM
And installer without lags big sur 11.6
