Macbook air right fan help!

Hi!

I have just bought the newest macbook air, and i´m kinda worried about the right fan.. The left fan is running and have like 3000 RPM, but my right fan is just saying -1 RPM. I use smcfancontrol btw!

has the right fan been broken?
