Today I tried turning on my MacBook Air and logged in while it had full battery, but one second later it suddenly shut down, and when I tried to turn it back on, it showed the low battery symbol, despite that the battery was full.

I am currently outside my house and my MacBook is not charged to a cable, but when I am inside my house my MacBook works fine. However when I am outside, it would turn off and show the low battery symbol despite having a lot of battery or just not at a low percentage. Is there any reason why this happens?

If the battery symbol shows low charge, even though you just finished charging, and simply shuts off very quickly, -- But, it works when connected to the power adapter -- maybe the battery is just dying/worn out, and needs to be replaced...

How old is your Macbook Air?
What is your battery's health? Go to the Apple menu, then About This Mac. Click on the System Report... which will show your System Information app:
Go to the Power tab: What is the Full Charge Capacity?
A few lines under that: What is the Cycle Count?
What is listed for Condition?

Sounds like either your battery is defective or needs replacement due to natural degradation. It could also be an internal problem like a poor connection between the battery and other components. Take it to Apple to have a look.
