Resolved MacBook Air stuck at Create a computer account

Hi! I just clean installed Big Sur on my MacBook Air and it’s stuck at Create a Computer Account.
I enter my name and username and password and click continue and then it does nothing.

It’s been like 30 minutes. Can I somehow create a new account?
Edit: Did this twice, but I erased the disk in Disk Utility and reinstalled the entire OS.

Did you try unchecking "Allow my Apple ID to reset this password"? Not sure if it'll help.
