Macbook Air will not turn on

MacBook Air (bought Seot 2016) will not turn on. Blank screen. I was using it and left it for an hour, came back and pressed power buttom but it wo't start.
Power charger is working and shows light.
Was online with Apple Support chat and tried resetting the SMC but that did not work either.
Anyone seen anything like this before?

Any warranty left?

Take it to an apple store for diagnosis?

No previous damage nor any liquid spill ever
No warranty left
After posting this last night, I tried SMC one last time before going to bed, and laptop started up and everything running as normal. However I think i week take it to Apple for diagnosis as this is the second time my laptop did this is the last month!

One of the batteries might be bad.
