Hi all. For some reason my Safari browser won't open any websites. I'm connected to the internet, with good reception.
No problem opening saved Youtube videos. Just my saved websites will not open. I've done a full Clean My Mac scan. No problem found there.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks....Scotty.

Ok. I can now open some websites, but the login page won't open.
Not sure what the issue may be. Turn off your Mac completely, go do something for a hour or so and start again. Who knows, sometimes a rest for the machine sets things right. Best of luck.

All good now. Thanks for your input.
I live in a retirement village in a very popular tourist area. It's the Easter holidays here, & it's been suggested that the internet may have just been overloaded for awhile. As good as any explanation, I guess.

Are u on shared internet with others in the community? First time having this problem after it working forever, in the same community?

Yes, there are quite a few people in the community that use the same network. 19, as I am writing.
A solution would be for me to connect to a broadband satellite network. Which has just just been placed at the top of my to do list after the Easter holidays. I'm sure this will prevent any further similar problems.
Thanks for your input. Regards.....Scotty.

In a perfect world, shared resources are parceled out so everyone get a fair piece of the pie. Would a 19-user network be properly funded with a smart IT guy to make this happens? call me skeptical. Having your own private network is the quickest solution.
