Fist of all I would like to say hi to all, as this is my fist post to the forum.

Well, I was waiting long enough for my first mac computer and after the last macbook upgrade I will be buying one (no more waiting any more, I want one now!). My question is the following. Till now I was connecting my Windows PC to my 32'' Sony Bravia in order to watch DVD movies or Internet TV. Is this possible with the Macbook? Btw I will be buying a higher spec white macbook.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Get the proper mini-DVI to <put here the input conector of your TV> adaptor cable, they are sold separately. Note that the mini-DVI to DVI does not carry analog, so for VGA output you will need a mini-DVI to VGA :-(, I found out _after_ I bought it, so I ended up with two.

If the TV set does only come with HDMI instead of DVI, get a DVI to hdmi cable.

Happy watching ;-)
