MacBook and Sony Cybershot

can anyone tell if the sony cybershot camera will work properly with the macbook?
will the macbook properly recognize the camera and easily transfer the photos?

No doubt it will work. I have a Sony Cybershot myself. (model W70) Mac OS X supports TONS of cameras without the need to install extra drivers.

And the other answer is: Just get a $15 USB card reader - faster and easier than cabling up the camera.

Bluetooth equipped cameras are definitely convenient, but I have found them to take ages to transfer pictures.

I prefer CanadaRAM's idea of getting an external card reader and getting the job done real fast.

looks like it should work..
lol..i don't know the model of the camera coz my parents bought it back in dubai, and i am getting them a macbook...so wanted to make sure if cybershot brand in general, works or not...
