I have a black Macbook 2.0ghz Core Duo and my screen's backlight seems to be exhibiting a electrical buzz when I'm moving the display back by pushing the left corner of the screen and the screen brightness is half or less. I was wondering if anybody here has had the same thing happen with their Black macbook? I will be visiting the Apple Store tomorrow to check it out.

Thanks

Did more testing it seems to be worse when its colder and better when its warmed up (ie been using the display for 10-20 minutes). Also its intermittent although 80% of the time it happens. Still going to see a genius later and see what they can do for me!

take it in, it happened to me, and they gave me a whole new laptop.

O really? That's pretty nice, I took it in today and they just set me up with a work order to replace the LCD. Unfortunately I can't afford to leave my laptop with them for 3-5 business days so I'm going to have to wait until the school terms over to get them to repair it.
