Hello everyone,

I recently noticed that my half year old 2021 16" MacBook Pro with M1 Max SoC consumes way more energy during sleep than it should, i.e. 10%-20% over night (until a couple of weeks ago it was almost always used stationary - thanks again Covid... - which is why the unusual power drain only manifested now). Interestingly, when I leave the Mac at a place without any WiFi coverage this does not happen, so I suspect it has to do with some app that constantly does something internet-related.

The question then is: how can I find out which app is causing this power drain?

Cheers,
Daniel

EDIT
