Macbook battery health

I have 14 load cycles on my MB C2D and ran coconut battery which says I am at 100% health and the curren capacity is greater than the orignal. the blackbook I got for my mother did the same thing then got the black x over the icon. is it a bad thing that the capacity is more than original and are the battery problems solved?
