Macbook battery info

Hi guys just wanted some info about my battery and what not. I looked into the system profiler. Can someone help me out and take a look and tell me how my battery is? Like can they tell me if my battery is still in good health or explain to me what the heck all that means. Thanks.

Ok, great to know. Yeah I know about coconut battery. But I'm one of those that are paranoid to download anything on my mac haha. Was kind of curious about my battery because a couple of times I would fall asleep at the couch with my macbook on and not plugged in. I've drained the battery down a couple of times doing that.
