Battery Information:

Battery Installed: Yes
First low level warning: No
Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 1435
Remaining Capacity (mAh): 1395
Amperage (mA): 0
Voltage (mV): 12471
Cycle Count: 53

Looks like I do have some problem with this battery.
If I take it to the nearest apple store, would they replace it?
The Macbook is covered by Apple Care.

For 53 cycle count, full charge capacity of 1435 is too low isn't it?

You might want to check out http://www.macbookbatteryproblem.com/ which has the whole story of the battery problem and also links to pertinent Apple pages. Also has a few pictures of how the battery looks if you've got it really bad.

Call Apple and discuss it with them. I'm sure you can have it replaced if need be. How long does it hold a charge? If performance has degraded, how recently did this occur?
