MacBook C2D Memory CAS and Timing

I'd like upgrade from 1GB to 2GB, but would like to match or exceed the CAS and timing ratings of the original Apple RAM, however I can't seem to discover what those ratings are for my C2D black MacBook.

My G4 PowerMac would freeze and crash after I installed slower 'value' RAM in it, once I replaced with better RAM all that went away. The system profileer on the PowerMac shows the timing for each DIMM.

here's ramseeker results for macbook ram, just buy form a known place like other world computing or crucial and you'll be fine, there's usually lifetime warranty so you can exchange it if it does not work
