Ok, so I thought to try a couple things - reset the PRAM and reinstalled a clean OS X Tiger and all my programs.
No change in temperature. It's idles at 60-63 with Firefox, itunes, and Temperature monitor in the background. Here're the numbers from Temp Monitor

I called applecare - they said it's probably a bit high, take it in to a genius...
Went to the apple store, they searched, could not find any numbers for normal operating temperatures. The only thing they see are statements if the case is hot, however the case never really gets hot, as you can see it's running under 30C... We were just talking and another guy said the basic thing they were told to do with the CD in the past is check with the floor machines. So we installed temperature monitor on the floor machines. After doing the "yes" command in terminal we ran at like 87 on the floor models. Mine runs cooler with the yes, usually hitting around 83 max... After stopping the command both the floor model and mine dropped back to 57 and stayed there. Mine was actually running cooler at 57 as you can see, but I think it had to do with the ambient temperature which is somewhat cooler than my house right now.
So we decided it's normal operating range probably.
When I got home, I had an Antec notebook cooler waiting at the front door. Just plugged it in and been running it for the last 30 minutes or so - I see no perceivable difference in the CPU Temperature with the cooler, so I'm giving it away for christmas (the cooler I mean)... Tempearture right now as I ype this stuff is at 59-60 even though the computer feels really cool...
One sugestion the guy had at the genius bar - the Temp Monitor may not be suitable with C2D... He's argument was the activity of the fans - they do not come on at hi till like 74C. He maybe right, and even smcFanControl may be reporting wrong values. They were designed for the last generation machines. I don't know, just one sugestion. I'm just gonna forget for a while about the temperature, and hopefully, if something is to happen, it will happen within this year... Hehe...
