Hi, again! So, it's here, my middle-grade Macbook. This time I thought ahead and purchased an iSkin for the keyboard - my iBook G4 ended up pretty gross .
Well, I am very happy with the display. The glossy screen isn't as noticeable [esp. while on] as I was scared it would be. The extra inch [coming from the iBook 12"] is yum. I really feel as though I am looking at a much larger screen than I am. And the screen itself seems to be held much nicer - does that make sense?
Overall, the design is pretty boring. I think my G4 was a little more flashy. The keys all spread apart is going to take some time to get used to. Yuck, and I haaaate the charger. It took me like 20 minutes and a google search to some random guys how-to on using the extension.
And the worst part so far is the grooves around where my wrists lay on it. Anyone else have that problem? It sorta hurts, bleck.
Does anyone think the Macbook is less than floss? I like that it's sleeker, but blah. I'm going to need to girl it up. Anyone know of any place that sells protective skins or decals for the entire white MacBook?
Oh, and having a camera is nice. Now I can be a YouTube or smut star. I keed.
Oh, my other question is one that I asked in my first post - but I'm not sure I understood the answers given. Anyway, I want the music from my Nano and iPod Mini onto my new iTunes library. Is that possible? My iBook isn't starting at all today, but I may be able to get a minute or two alone again with it.
I heard Ethernet [?] cable- which, I don't have, but could get. I just want to avoid my iBook if possible as I have to shake and toss it around for it to get the motor [or whatever] running.
Haha. So that's my little post. Yay, I'm glad to have a new computer. Thanks for reading my very ditsy post.
