Hey I've had my macbook for 7 months and I've just noticed that when I apply a medium amount of pressure to a certain part of the casing it moves slightly and creaks. The location is on the left side of the machine (in respect to me looking at it as if using it) between the first two screws in the case (side where usb etc is).

I know its only a minor issue but along with this problem https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/421978/

Im about to instal a new HDD and Ram but should I take it to an apple store first or is this just a non resolvable minor issue.

Thanks for any replys

Thanks. I know how to change the hdd etc I was just thinking was it worth it with these problems but now I know one is not really a problem its not so bad.

Just one left to resolve::rolleyes:

After reading that I just got the feeling of WHY WHY WHY not just leave the screws out or just screw them IN to something
