MacBook clicking problems

Hey I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Is your mouse button very mushy and unresponsive? Mine is making a clicking noise anytime I press it and it seems to ignore my clicks sometimes. It worked fine for the first week or so but now it's become much worse. I'm hoping Apple will fix it for me but I was wondering if this is a problem others are running into or if I've got a defective Macbook?

It's still not perfect but it's _alot_ better.

I didnt do anything as extravagant. I just folded the piece of paper on itself like 3 or 4 times and called it a day. It definitely feels more like a click now.
