no, there is no random shutdown, apple just "fix" it for me, and they changed the top case too.
right now, my problem is, after around 8 hour shutdown status, i need to press poweron button around 3 times for machine to start. Once started, i can turn it off and then turn it on with no problem.
would this be because o cold weather or what? I bought the MB in Dallas, im not in Philadelphia for a conference, but if cold weather is to blame, apple's quality is really low then.

I doubt it's cold weather-related. As annoying as it is, maybe take it back to Apple again. You don't want to be having troubles with your machine at such an early age. :eek:

How cold?
Its stated operated temps are starting at 50F/10C. But I think it should still turn on unless it is really cold.

its more than 50F i think today in phily, but not sure, i will wait for a week to see if this will happen again in home, if so, i will go to apple store.
apple, im kinda disappointed.

happen again last night n hotel overnight, I pressed twice this morning to turn it on, i will go directly to applestore when i get back.
Apple......
