Anyone who has installed Windows on your MacBook - Could you look at your device drivers list. Do you have unrecognized PCI devices in there witht the exclamation points? I am wondering if I missed something when I installed my Mac drivers.

Also, the light for my IR port on the left side of my MacBook is always on when I boot into Windows - anyone else experiencing that???

I guess you haven't read the Boot Camp User Guide. Some devices will not work in XP, namely the iSight and Backlighting for the keyboard.

The port on the left is not an IR port its an optical audio port. You can turn this off by disabling SPDIF output in the Advanced tab of the SigmaTel Audio Control Panel applet in the Control Panel on XP.
