Is there a way to turn off the display dimming while I have the laptop plugged in to AC Power, when I'm sitting back watching an online clip or something, it will dim on me which is really annoying. I have it set to turn off for normal inactivity, but I'd like to be able to maintain it's brightness so long as I'm doing stuff on the computer, not necesarily keeping my finger on the track pad.

Yes, go to System Preferences/Energy Saver/Options and uncheck "Automatically reduce the brightness of the display before display sleep"

Yes, you can do that. But I believe it's a little glitchy. After awhile it won't work anymore and still continue to dim. Maybe Apple's fixed it by now, but I doubt it.

It's always worked for me. Make sure you are selecting Power Adapter or Battery because the setting can be different for both.

Yeah, I have selected Power Adapter, and unchecked it and it still dims the display, any other thoughts?

I'm talking about the regular laptop display on my MacBook, I've never even plugged into the mini dvi port.
