Macbook Pro running macOS 13.2.1 cannot see Canon Mark 5D IV over USB. The camera connects to Windows PC with same cable without issues. I have latest EOS Utility (17.2.1), have restarted Macbook with no applications running, have disabled WiFi on camera and restarted it, and still no luck. Macbook either doesn't notice that camera has been plugged in, or says "cannot connect over USB - make sure no other application is using the camera" (even though no applications were running after restart).
Please don't suggest using card reader - camera will be used in tethering mode and should be connected with cable.
I have seen another thread here about same issue - is this a common thing?
