Macbook Eject problem

Hi, I own a black macbook and have had it since feb 07. only recently when i hit the eject button the cd/dvd will not eject but gets stuck on the top of the slot. I have to use a credit card or rounded end of a paperclip to push the cd/dvd down below the plastic to pop it out. looking at the slot i can see a slight bow in the top plastic. Would apple be able to remedy this for me? is there a way i can fix it on my own? any thoughts? Thanks.

You're still under warranty. I'd take it to an Apple Store or call Apple to get it fixed.

And best take care of it ASAP, if you keep removing discs with tools like a card or pin, they may blame you for damage.
