Macbook Firmware Update Problem

I just ran the new firmware update for my Macbook. In the instructions it states that my firmware version will be 1.4f10 when it is complete. However, when I run the updater I get a message telling me that my firmware is up to date with the latest version 1.0? Am I missing something? Is there a place to check your firmware version other than the updater?
