Macbook Gets Hot while playing games in vista

Hey all,
I installed Vista Ultimate on my new 2.2 Macbook. It runs great. I also installed GTA Vice City, as I had it lying around and I wanted to test out some games. The macbook gets hot, as most macbooks do.

ATM the CPU is at 47, but it can gets up to 60. The airport card can get up to 73. When I was playing Vice City, the fan shot up to the max (I believe) and the game skipped for a couple of seconds. As soon as i saw this, I hit escape to get into the menu, and the screen went black. I was forced to manally shut it down after a minute. When I rebooted straight back into OSX, the CPU temp was 69 degrees Celcius. Is this really hot, and will I be able to play games on this macbook? I wanna play older games like WC3 and UT2004, but will these games overheat the macbook so it's unusable?

my MacBook gets hot playing any game on the mac side, even gets hot after browsing youtube longer than a half hour.. thank the intel graphics, they really task the processors and drive the temp up.. MacBook is not what I'd call a gaming machine with the current GPU inside..

It seems that lately a lot of people who buy MacBooks are scared of heat.

It gets hot because games are demanding and make the system run @ it's max speed. Whats wrong this that? Nothing.

If you hear fan noise, you should know that fans are running and cooling the machine, not heating it up so it would explode. It seems like a lot of people are afraid of hearing fans spin.

If the machine overheats (for real) it would SHUT ITSELF DOWN. So unless its shutting down, no need to worry. 69 degrees C is very low temp for Core 2 Duo. Mine has been running at 85 C for a while (why? It's encoding a DVD in Handbrake). The maximum I saw on my MacBook was 89 degrees. AFAIK, Core Duos' max operating temp is about 110C - the point when the machine shuts down.

Heat is normal for computers, especially notebooks. Do you really think Apple would release a computer that overheats from just running a game? :/
