Macbook Help About Fan

I know I've read all the threads and stuff.. but I need advice on what I should do with my macbook.. It heats up to 80C when just browsing online and chatting. Now the fan is running all the time. I feel like I never noticed that the fan would run.. but now its moooing all the time.

Oh and if I burn a DVD it goes up to 93C.

Is this normal?? Am I just noticing the fan? Or what should I do??

Check out Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder to see if there's a process taking up a lot of resources. Are you sure there's not a files sharing app or something downloading in the background?

Just sort them by CPU percentage and see if anything looks like it's taking up a lot of your cycles or if anything is red.

Its not normal. Mine goes up to 81C when i do some video encoding. Normal working temp is around 55C to 60C.

Just open your activity monitor and check the bottom pane for CPU usage. If the % usage for User and System is high for a sustained period of time, then there might be some programme running in the background which might be hogging lot of CPU. If this is the case then sort the processes in the upper pane by %CPU and you should be able to find the culprit.
