MacBook Help

I have a macbook that is barely 4 months old. I came to my computer and my screen was frozen, i tired shutting the computer down properly but it did not work. I then just pressed to power button to shut it off and when i tried to turn the computer back on i got a blank white screen and a flashing picture of a folder with the question mark on it. I went to the mac website to try and troubleshoot so i did what it told me on the website, took out the battery and pressed the power button but that did not work and i reset the PRAM. Can anybody help me?
