We have a MacBook that is domain-joined and currently, the user is not keen on having it re-imaged. The isues is that it has an incorrect certificate that relates to another device. As such the user can only access company resources via hotspot and VPN. Even when in the office, the user cannot access resources on Office Wi-Fi or LAN. The user is not keep to replace MacBook as they will have to setup everything from scratch. Also attempted to use the local admin credentials and it does not allow Admin to login into the device. Is there a recommended fix to this that someone could help?

Er, don't you have access to tech support?

Is it an Active Directory domain with Kerberos? Where is the certificate error?
