MacBook iSight not work

Hi all, my MacBook cannot detect the build-in iSight, I have reinstall the Mac OS X and reset the PRAM, but still cannot fix the problem, can anyone please help me!

Did you try to reset the systems management controller or SMC? Shut down the computer and remove the battery. Hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds and see what happens after you boot the computer back up. If this doesn't work after resetting the PRAM/SMC and you having reinstalled OS X, I would contact AppleCare and see what they say.
