Macbook M3 Pro noise while closing lid and hard to open while left idle

Hello is this normal? It’s new while i don’t use for a time it’s difficult to open like it’s glued the lid and while closing i heard a little noise, it’s annoying ..

Looks like the hinge needs some adjustment.
Take in to an Apple Store--get a good opinion.
