Long story short:
My MacBook needed repairs (discolouration) and was sent in for repairs. The top case was replaced and the machine works fine. One problem: two screws are missing.
Nextbyte (the Australian Apple reseller) claims that I was the one who lost them, not them. Basically I am being called a liar when infact I gave them my laptop to fix with ALL screws intact.
What can I do about this problem? I am sure I have never attempted to unscrew my laptop and that it was given in for repairs with all screws. They refuse to take responsibility, claiming that they received it without any and that it was me who lost them (which I did not!).
Very dissatisfied customer
