Hi Everyone I work for an estate sale and auction business and I need a computer to do simple photo editing. I don't need high quality images or much editing. I need something that can help me quickly transfer over photos from the iPhone, Compress Multiple Images. and upload them to the site.

I’d look at it this way: if you can find a software solution that works on iPhone for these tasks, then chances are high you can make an iPad oriented workflow “work”.

Personally I’d probably pick a MacBook Air for this.

Yep. Web-based tools (ergo site upload) can be iffy on iOS. Great if it works, sucks when it doesn't. MacBook should always work. Even if it doesn't on Safari, then on alternative browsers like Firefox or Chrome.
