Macbook Pixel issue

I bought a new Macbook yesterday. I ran the dead pixel test that changes the screen to white, black, red, green, and blue. All were normal except for blue. There is a single pixel that is black on an all-blue screen.

What is this called, dead or stuck pixel? Is this fixable? If so, how?
