Macbook popping again

A while mac apple gave an update to stop the "popping" sound that macbooks would make. It fixed the problem until yesterday, when I noticed my macbook is making the noise again. Kinda annoying.

Ideas?

That "fix" never fixed mine. So I'm all open ears as well.
