Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2015 13-inch MacBook Pro. I was trying to replace the battery, which I've done a few times before without any problems. But this time, after I put everything back together, the keyboard and keypad stopped working completely. The only things that work are the power button and the CAPS lock key.. I tried replacing the cable connector, but that didn't fix it. I even went ahead and replaced the keypad, but still no luck. I've tried resetting the NVRAM and SMC, Also, I ran a diagnostics, and it says no issue found, but nothing seems to work. I'm starting to think the laptop might be dead. Any ideas on what else I can try?

Have you tried an external USB keyboard and mouse to rule out an issue with USB in general?
