Can anyone suggest me which MacBook Pro 13 inch is going to be the best to buy? I’m in a situation that price of the both MacBooks are same.

2018.

More ports, faster CPU (fractionally, but probably sustains burst performance for longer), faster GPU, faster SSD, 50% faster wifi.

I'd probably go with 2018 too. The only main thing 2019 got over 2018 here is the newer keyboard, but if the 2018 is new you got full warranty for a replacement if something goes wrong and then you will get the newer keyboard anyway.

Do factor in the battery under the hood. 2018 battery already aging if not more than a year whilst 2019 is spanking brand new battery all together. Battery will depreciate the moment it is out of the factory and time is essence.

What did you decide? I would suggest the 1.4 GHz 2019 because of the keyboard. The processors are pretty comparable. But you can’t go wrong either way.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe I saw a youtube review of the 2019 in which they ran Geekbench tests and found that the 1.4ghz matched or beat the 2.3ghz. However, you can get the 2018 (due to the reasons stated above) with the knowledge that you have 4 years to have your keyboard replaced by Apple under the quality program, which will then give you the 2019 keyboard and a fresh battery.
