i loaded windows 11 on the macbook pro 13.3 but i cannot seem to resolve no audible audio
shows its working but no sound

Do you have Bootcamp drivers? That's my first guess as to why it's not working. Also, Win11 isn't a natively supported OS on any Mac, so you're gonna have issues.

How did you install Windows?
I had win10 for some time, then found a way to use a bypass to get win 11 installed i can find the utube if you like , thats what i followed and its running beter than most PC's

I have done everything , device manager shows no errors, usb head set works, speakers show activity but no audible sound
almost like its muted
but it does seem to be a noted problem
anyone solved this
its like the speakers are muted but they are not

I kinda followed the tutorial

Windows on iMac

I was able to get Windows 11 installed both the iMac and MacbookPro / Retina

Audio and everything works properly.
