Hi.

I have a 32" 4K monitor (LG 32UN650-W) Connected directly to the laptop via a USB-C to DP Cable (CHOETECH ‎XCP-1801). But I noticed that the monitor shows a warning that says I should use the cables that came with the monitor (I think I can disable that warning anyway, but not sure if that would cause any harm?), and since it's nicer to have extra ports available I bought a new model of the USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter (A2119) which support 4k @ 60Hz, but then I found out that my laptop (MacBook Pro, 13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) is not listed under the models that support 3840x2160 at 60Hz, but only mentioned under the 1080p at 60Hz or UHD (3840 by 2160) at 30Hz section, even though my laptop should support it according to what is mentioned here.

So, the question is, does the MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017) support 3840x2160 @ 60Hz when using USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter (A2119) via HDMI?

FYI, I didn't try to open and use the new USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter, because I might return it if it's not gonna work, so I thought I'd ask here first to confirm.

Thanks.

I also noticed that even MBP M1 13" is not listed under the models that support 3840x2160 at 60Hz.
