MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 Screen Issues

Out of nowhere, my screen totally crapped out. It’s almost like it’s a negative colour except for the circle right in the middle.
I’ve tried all trouble shooting ideas but it’s obviously a hardware issue. Think this could be part of flexgate?

More than likely, but AFAIK the recall program for flexgate is only for 2016 models.
