Just bought a new MBP 13". After logged in a while, the OS turns off wifi, turns it back on and so on. It seems the same happens with thunderbolt ethernet.
I am running El Capitan 10.11.3 (latest jan-2016 update).
On my 15" MBP running 10.11.2 - nothing like this happens. I have had both machines on multiple wifi networks, and the behaviour is the same.
On the MBP 13" I have tried removing the network files and yesterday I did a complete clean install - still no luck.
Is there a bug in 10.11.3?
