MacBook Pro 14" Battery Drain in Sleep, Constantly Waking--Why?

Can anyone help me diagnose what's going on here?

Turn off Powernap and see what happens. That’s the typical approach. I also turn off wifi and BT when I shelf my MBA so it doesn’t run amok with Apple initiated nonsense.

Do not be misguided into thinking after paying for a MacBook it’s yours. It's Apple's and they can do what they please with it.

Yes, I've done all of those things.
