MacBook Pro 14” M1 Max and connecting it to 2x LG 27” 4K 120hz displays. Can I do this over one cable/thunderbolt 4 dock?

Hi all

I have a M1 Max MBP 14” and I want to connect it to my 2X LG 27” 4K 120hz displays. Am I able to do this over a single cable via a thunderbolt 4 dock? Or do I need to plug in both monitors individually to the thunderbolt 4 ports on my MBP?

One TB4 cable can do 2x 4K displays; but only at 60Hz.
