I just got a used Macbook Pro A1260 from late 2008--the machine runs fantastically and the computer itself is in great shape, but I'm having one issue: the screen has a blueish tint to it and colors appear oily and the screen has a very faint flicker to it.
I noticed that when I pull the screen toward me or push it back, the pressure of my hand on the right side back of the laptop makes it stop. Sometimes if I leave my hand on it for about 10-20 seconds and let go, it will stay normal, but if I move the laptop around are bump the screen at all, it goes back to the blue tint and flickering. I would presume it's a connection issue, but I have not found any information about this type of problem.
Any ideas what this could be? It's very bizarre.
