Macbook Pro 16" 2021 M1 Pro - Trackpad something loose, or new sound?

Hi,

just got a new 16" 2021 M1 Pro.

First thing I noticed is that the trackpad 'clicking' sound is combined with a rattle or rattling sound. Different to my old MacbookPro 13" M1 from 2020.

Did you experience something similar, or is it just a faulty model with a problem?

The 2020 M1 Trackpad sound quite solid.

Did you try to set a different click hardness? i remember that the softest setting didn’t seem as tight as the harder click setting

Hi did you end up solving the issue? Or same with your new one. I just got a 16inch pro and I hear this annoying rattle when it's laying flat on the table and I'm tapping on the trackpad. Really annoying as my M1 Air was so solid. Let me know!

Sold the 14" and bought the 16" - everything fine now.
